Welcome to Liberty Fibers a resouce for hand dyed yarns, fibers, rug hooking wools, and unique fiber related tools and equipment. My name is Judy O'Toole. I have been hand dyeing for many years and teaching the crafts of rug hooking, knitting, and spinning.

Liberty Fibers demonstrates July 1st Morristown with TAUNY at Mare's Wares Festival. If you are visiting the Thousand Islands - stop by and as I demonstrate rug hooking. I will also have a selection of hand dyed yarns, fibers and rug hooking wools.
2012 Adirondack Rug Hooking Retreat Oct 26th- 29th. Hosted by the Whiteface Chalet in Wilmington NY. Enjoy a beautiful fall weekend in the Adirondacks filled with rug hooking and mountain views!
Whats New? The Yarn Harlot knit up a Liberty Fibers Thrum Mitten Kit! I'm such a fan of the Yarn Harlot, it is a big thrill for me to have my hand dyed yarns and kits featured not once but twice by the Harlot. If you are not familiar with the Yarn Harlot - I refer to her as the rock star of knitting. Stephanie Pearl-McPhee has made knitting not a pass time for grannies but a lifestyle for modern women and I'm sure a few men too.
